Biscayne Landing is a 193-acre project currently being developed into a master-planned community.

Located in North Miami, between Aventura, Bal Harbour and the beach, Biscayne Landing adjoins the Florida International University campus.

It stretches from 137th Street to 151st Street and will be comprised of high-rise condominium towers and various community amenities. In addition to what will be built within the development, Biscayne Landing is already close to area shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues and schools.

Biscayne Landing Is One-of-a-Kind

Ground was broken on Biscayne Landing in January 2003.  The first two condo towers have now been built.  Two parks totaling 14 acres are planned.

In addition to a lakeside promenade near the twin towers, a second park, of about six acres, including a ball field, is slated for the opposite, southwest corner of the property. Also in the plans is a community center and a plaza with a coffee shop and other retailers.

This is Phase I of the project and encompasses approximately 90 acres of Biscayne Landing.  It should be complete by 2014.  Phases II and III remain flexible at this time.

New Schools, K-High School & FIU

Two new schools have recently been built and opened for residents of Biscayne Landing.  The A-rated David Lawrence Jr. Center includes grades K-8^th grade.  And Alonzo & Tracy Mourning Senior High School includes grades 9-12. 

Both schools, as well as the campus of Florida International University, are within easy walking of the Biscayne Landing condos.

Biscayne Landing Condos for Rent

Currently towers I and II are built and operational.  There is a gym, but no pool at this time, although a pool and clubhouse are tentatively planned.

The condos, all brand new, are available for rent.  Rent includes water, cable TV, high-speed internet, phone service and trash.  All of the condos are brand new and feature luxury kitchens and bathrooms.  Pets allowed. 

The move-in process is fast and easy.  It requires only one month of security deposit and first month of rent.
